A. Policy Officer (PO)

Responsibilities:
Membuat kebijakan dan ketentuan yang berkaitan dengan Human Resources, serta melakukan review terhadap ketentuan tersebut.

Qualifications:
Minimum S1 from the PTN / PTS accreditation of A or B and a minimum GPA of 3.00
Experience in the same field at least 3 years
Maximum age 35 years
B. Performance Management Officer (PMO)

Responsibility:
Membuat, mengimplementasikan dan memelihara performance Karyawan BRI Syariah.

Qualifications:
Minimum S1 from the PTN / PTS accreditation of A or B and a minimum GPA of 3.00
Experience in the same field at least 3 years
Maximum age 35 years

C. HR Representative (HRR)
(Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Balikpapan)

Responsibility:
Melakukan proses rekrutmen, baik untuk posisi Pro Hire maupun Mass Recruit, serta sebagai agent/representative untuk kebijakan-kebijakan HCM.

Qualifications:

Minimum S1 from the PTN / PTS accreditation of A or B and a minimum GPA of 3.00
Experience in the same field at least 3 years
Maximum age 35 years
D. Recruitment Officer (RO)

Responsibility:
Melakukan proses rekrutmen, baik untuk posisi Pro Hire maupun Mass Recruit HCM

Qualifications:
Minimum S1, S1 from Psychology in HR preferably from PTN or accreditation PTS A or B and a minimum GPA of 3.00
Experience in the field of recruitment, preferably at least 3 years banking industry
Maximum age 35 years
E. Industrial Relations Officer (IRO)

Responsibility:
Menangani permasalahan hubungan ketenagakerjaan serta membuat laporan mengenai issue ketenagakejaan.

Qualifications:

Precedence Bachelor of Law from the PTN / PTS accreditation of A or B and a minimum GPA of 3.00
Experience in the same field at least 3 years
Maximum age 35 years
F. Operations Manager (MO)

Responsibility:
Mengkoordinasikan pelaksanaan operasional Bank di Kantor Cabang, serta mampu menangani permasalahan yang ada.

Qualifications:
minimal S1, preferably from Economics, Finance, Accounting, Management and Banking, PTN / PTS A or B accreditation minimum GPA of 3.00
Experience in the field of banking operations at least 7 years and 3 years including as the Assistant Operations Manager
Maximum age 35 years
G. Account Officer (AO Selindo)

Responsibility:
Melakukan kegiatan pemasaran pembiayaan serta memelihara pekerjaannya.

Qualifications:
Minimum education S1, preferably from Economics, Finance, Accounting, Management and Banking, PTN / PTS A or B accreditation minimum GPA of 3.00
Experience in the same field at least 3 years
